I co-developed the full documentation system for MiVIP (an identity verification platform by Mitek Systems) from the ground up. This involved organizing the information architecture, as well as developing a style guide and core API references on ReadMe.com. Consequently, this structured, developer-friendly documentation reduced customer support overhead by 80%.

The Good Docs Project
As the Working Group Lead for Chronologue - a project within TGDP that utilizes standard templates to create real-world documentation - I coordinate a distributed team of technical writers across multiple time zones through weekly meetings and peer reviews. Additionally, I serve on the Project Steering Committee, contributing to strategic decisions regarding project direction, documentation standards, and community guidelines.
